Andrea is...a mother, a wife, a daughter, a sister, a neice, and a friend to us all....

Andrea Mongensen-Wedderburn Shumate grew up and lives in Spring, Texas. She played tennis and was involved in the Color Guard at Klein High School and is married to James. My family has known Andrea's family for a long time and I have never seen such a loving and caring family.  Her husband served in the military and represented our country in Iraq--only to come home to a wife who if fighting a battle of her own.

Andrea loves the Houston Astros (Craig Biggio is her favorite player). He was kind enough to call her while she was in the hospital to lift her spirits.
